Faisal Alharbi is a result-oriented human resources professional with over 22 years of experience in various sectors, such as finance, insurance, investment, health, manufacturing, technology, energy, and power. His expertise spans across Saudi Arabia and multiple countries showcasing his global perspective and adaptability. He has a diverse skill set that encompasses change management, strategic planning, succession planning, talent acquisition, culture transformation, people management, talent development, policy making, organizational development, and organizational functional key performance indicators (KPIs).

Prior to Aseer Investment Company, Alharbi was the Chief Human Resource Officer at Hail Health Cluster, where he played a crucial role in the development and implementation of the entity's target operating model, organizational structure, and leadership infrastructure. He also led multi-site transformation and migration( staff and services) programs, showcasing his ability to drive effective change within the organization.

Throughout his career, Alharbi has held the role of Country HR Leader at GE Healthcare and Country HR Leader at Alstom. In these positions, he was responsible for overseeing all HR activities, including recruitment of international personnel. He also played a key role in developing the HR operating model for four countries. Furthermore, during his tenure at GE/Alstom, he led the integration efforts for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

Alharbi has actively contributed as a member of various Nomination and Remuneration Committees throughout his career, highlighting his commitment to governance and strategic decision-making.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from King Saud University (KSA), as well as a certificate in Human Resources and Executive Leadership. 

Amer Alhashmi is an expert in finance, accounting and investment with over 13 years of experience in Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates where he specializes in project financing, management of PPA and PWPA, capital structure and ownership structure in investments, construction and operating financial model strategy, business development, commercial negotiation, financial organization and shared services designs, risk and control, value creation and cost reduction. 

Prior to joining Aseer Investment Company, Alhashmi held the role of Finance Manager at Masdar (Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company) where he led the finance department for its subsidiary, Dumat Aljandal Wind Power Plant. He was also a member of the Board Audit Committee for another subsidiary, South Noor Jeddah Project, where he was responsible for overlooking projects worth more than SAR 2.8 billion.

During his professional journey, he was also the Head of Finance at Saudi Contractors Authority, Chief Financial Officer at International Barges Co for Water Desalination, Finance and Treasury Manager at ACWA Power International, as well as Finance Manager of Shuqaiq Water and Electricity Company, where he was responsible for overlooking projects worth more than SAR 7.6 billion.

Alhashmi holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Victoria University (Australia) and Certified Finance Manager (CFM) as well as certifications in Computerized Accounting in an ERP System (SAP FI) and Enterprise Resource Planning System (SAP).

Osama AlOthman is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience, during which he has held numerous key positions in investment and finance across local, regional and global markets. 

Prior to joining Aseer Investment Company, AlOthman held the role of Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company – Masdar. During his tenure, he developed the company’s investment strategy, launched the mergers & acquisition function, and deployed USD1.2 billion in capital, growing the global portfolio to generate 50%+ of the company’s total production capacity. He also established the first Masdar offices in Saudi Arabia and USA. 

AlOthman also held two key positions at First Solar International Middle East – Director of Project Finance for the Middle East & North Africa and Country Manager of Saudi Arabia. He orchestrated the disinvestment of a US$150 million project in Jordan to Diamond Energy (a Mitsubishi subsidiary) and established operations in Saudi Arabia, contributing to the efficiency of the photovoltaic industries in the Kingdom.

During his career trajectory, AlOthman was the founding member and Executive Director of Evolvence Capital, a private equity firm based in the UAE. He was responsible for expanding the company’s investments into new markets and also successfully established an investment fund in India, where the company's assets amounted to USD700 million. 

AlOthman has also worked for leading firms including the Saudi British Bank (SAB), Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco), and the Saudi American Bank (Samba). 

He holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM), as well as a certificate in Executive Leadership from Harvard University (2018). 

Mazen Coury is a real estate investment and development professional with around 25 years of experience in business planning, design, development, funding, and execution across various sectors specifically tourism and hospitality. He has led integrated masterplans and investment transactions across various asset classes by collaborating with developers, sovereign wealth funds and private equity investors.

Prior to Aseer Investment Company, Coury held the role of Chief Investment Officer at Mabanee Kuwait (Alshaya Group), where he led investments across large mixed-use projects covering the retail, office, hospitality and residential asset classes.

During his career trajectory, Coury was the Investment Director, Real Estate, Tourism & Culture for the Oman Investment Fund (Sovereign Wealth Fund of Oman) where he led the entity’s real estate developments and international investments. He also worked at Dubai Holding and several strategy consultancies across investment projects, regionally and internationally. Passionate about sustainable real estate, he also founded and led a regional real estate efficiency business, focused on engineering solutions for the built environment.

Mazen Coury has a Masters in Management and Finance from EDHEC Business School (France), a Masters in Business Administration – Corporate Management, Corporate Finance and Strategy from Cornell University (USA), and completed executive education programs (SELP) at Harvard Business School.
